The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.
Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, returns, warranties, and limitations of liability.

By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

To place an order, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, and payment details.
You confirm that all information you provide is true, current, and complete, and that you have the right to use the payment method provided.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity occurring under your account.
Lunea Decor may suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or is used for unlawful purposes.

SECTION 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms apply to all orders and deliveries made within Switzerland.
Product descriptions, images, and prices on our website constitute offers; however, we reserve the right to change or remove items, adjust prices, or limit quantities at any time.

Future updates to these Terms may expand sales and deliveries to other countries.

SECTION 3 – USE OF THE WEBSITE

Customers must use the Lunea Decor online store in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
In particular, users agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the website’s security or proper functioning;
• upload or transmit illegal, offensive, or harmful content;
• use content or images from the site for commercial purposes; or
• provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the store for users who misuse it or violate these Terms.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

All products displayed on the website are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

An order placed through the online store constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when the payment for the order is processed and confirmed by Lunea Decor. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Lunea Decor may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 6 – PRICING

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in the order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices include all applicable charges except for delivery costs, which are displayed at checkout before completing the order.
Prices displayed on the website are final and stated in CHF. No additional VAT is applied.

Promotions and discounts offered by Lunea Decor are displayed directly on the website at the time of purchase. The prices shown already include any applicable reductions. Lunea Decor reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions, as well as adjust product prices, at any time and without prior notice.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING

Payment can be made using the payment methods listed on the website at checkout, such as credit card, TWINT, or other electronic payment services. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system. Orders must be paid in full before shipment or order fulfillment.

The order processing time is indicated under the "Shipping and Collection" section on our homepage. In some cases, processing times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
If an order cannot be processed within the stated timeframe, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by email and provided with an updated estimated delivery time.
If the new date is not acceptable, the customer may withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs.

Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all orders placed. Customers must promptly update their information, including email address, billing details, and payment information, to enable order processing and communication.

By submitting payment information, the customer represents and warrants that:

• the payment information provided is true, correct and complete;
• they are authorized to use the chosen payment method;
• charges incurred will be honored by their payment provider; and
• all applicable charges, including shipping and handling, will be paid at the posted price.

An electronic order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email address provided at checkout, once the payment has been successfully processed.

SECTION 8 – DELIVERY

The delivery of ordered goods takes place within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

The applicable delivery rates and estimated delivery times are displayed in "Shipping and collection" section on our homepage.

The customer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Lunea Decor shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lunea Decor is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control.

Our delivery option normally means delivering to the building entrance. Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, Swiss Post may leave the parcel in front of the building. If you don’t want this to happen, you can contact the parcel service provider in advance. These changes will then be saved in Swiss Post’s system. 

The customers are obliged to immediately inspect the products for correctness, completeness and potential transport damage. If visible damage to the packaging or goods occurs, the customer must document it immediately upon receipt and notify Lunea Decor within two calendar days after receiving the package, attach a photo of the defect and submit the Returns and Complaints Form to info@luneadecor.ch, in accordance with the Returns and Complaints procedure from Section 9.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days after receiving the goods. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging and protected in the same way as received to prevent damage during transport.

Before returning an item, the customer must fill out and submit the Returns and Complaints Form, send it to info@luneadecor.ch and wait for written confirmation from Lunea Decor before returning the goods.

In case of damage or defects resulting from shipment, the customer must report the issue within 2 calendar days after receiving the package by sending the completed Returns and Complaints Form together with a photo of the defect to info@luneadecor.ch and wait for written confirmation from Lunea Decor before returning the goods.

In case of return or complaint, items returned without prior notice or not in their original, unused condition cannot be accepted. Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or damage not reported in the submitted Return and Complaints Form will also not be accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are adequately protected during transport.

SECTION 10 – LIABILITY

Lunea Decor is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Lunea Decor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, caused by improper use of the website, technical failures, or delays in delivery beyond its control.
We accept no liability for the uninterrupted availability of the website, for errors in product descriptions or pricing, or for technical or electronic errors in the online offering that are beyond our control.
Liability for temporary service interruptions or data transmission errors is excluded.

Liability is limited in all cases to the value of the order in question.

All content published on this website, including texts, images, graphics, and logos, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms shall be in Switzerland, in accordance with Swiss law. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. For matters not covered by these Terms, the applicable provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply.
