We typically ship all orders via Swiss Post, ensuring fast and reliable delivery within Switzerland.
For orders over CHF 50.–, standard shipping within Switzerland is free of charge. For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge shipping costs at a flat rate of CHF 7.5.
Delivery time
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. Therefore, the total estimated shipping time can range from 2–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly by email. For special or custom-made products, delivery times may vary depending on production time and order volume. Corporate orders, custom-made products, and larger shipments are sent as soon as they are ready or according to a mutually agreed delivery schedule.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lunea Decor is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Lunea Decor is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If an item is unclaimed, refused (for reasons other than damage), or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs for both outgoing and return shipping.
Having parcels left on your doorstep
Our delivery option normally means delivering to the building entrance. Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, Swiss Post may leave the parcel in front of the building. If you don’t want this to happen, you can contact the parcel service provider by telephone or e-mail in advance. These changes will then be saved in Swiss Post’s system.Â
Customer obligation to inspect products
The customers are obliged to immediately inspect the products for correctness, completeness and potential transport damage. Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Returns and Complaints procedure.
